Your journal is private. It is not displayed publicly or used to generate advertising.
Your account email, the preferences you choose, your place in the journey, and the writing you enter. Nothing else.
Only you. Access rules in the database restrict every journal entry, bookmark, and progress record to the account that created it. Administrators of this application have no interface for reading private journal responses, and journal text is never included in product analytics.
We record anonymous counts of events such as opening a Core Idea or completing a day, so the practice can be improved. These records never contain reflection or journal text.
You can export everything you have written at any time, and you can delete your account and its private content permanently from your profile.
