Nothing is lost. Your place is still here. The application always resumes at the earliest entry you have not yet completed, and you may move through more than one in a day while returning.
You can change it in your profile. Completed work and journal entries are never erased when you do.
Reflections autosave a moment after you stop typing. If you were offline, the entry is held on your device and marked as waiting to sync; it will be written to your account when the connection returns.
A support address can be configured by an administrator in app settings.
